I interned with Kahn Lucas, a children's wear company in New York. I assisted the Senior Designer with CAD, technical flats, sample development, and design work. I created repeat prints using Illustrator. I used photoshop utilization of the index tool for colors for textile production. I used the Pantone system/color trends during the design development. I sourced materials for sample development. I assisted in pattern making and production work. I helped in the development of tech packs. I attended design meetings weekly. I prepared swatch packets for fabric production with Pantone color systems. Here are a few dresses and fabric designs I created.
